From time to time Dragonfly Designs offers discount coupons to it's clients. Coupons are for merchandise (jewelry) only and may not be used to discount Beaded Birthdays, Bling Flings or Bead Bash party packages.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates may be purchased in any dollar amount and do not expire. They may be used for the purchase of jewelry or to book Beaded Birthdays.

Complimentary Gift Wrap

All Dragonfly Designs purchases come beautifully gift wrapped in an elegant pouch with a personalized gift card.

Special Orders

For clients who would like to see modifications of an item on our Web site, please email us at custom@jewelrybydfly.com, and we will make every effort to accommodate the request. All special orders are considered a final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Shipping

Dragonfly Designs is pleased to offer complimentary shipping on orders of $200.00 or more. Most items will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Occasionally custom orders may take up to two weeks to ship.

Quality

Each piece of Dragonfly Designs jewelry is handmade and we pay careful attention to originality and craftsmanship. When viewing a piece, keep in mind that gemstones are natural minerals and variances in size, color and shape do occur.

Jewelry Care

We recommend cleaning Dragonfly Designs jewelry with a soft toothbrush and warm soapy water or polish with a polishing cloth. Avoid contact with harsh detergents and swimming in chlorinated water when wearing jewelry. Store jewelry in an airtight container, such as a plastic bag to help prevent tarnishing. You may also store jewelry in the box in which the jewelry was shipped as it contains treated cotton.

Sales Tax

Sales tax (currently 8.25 %) will be applied to all orders shipped within the state of California.

Repairs

Our stringing techniques are strong and resilient. At times, though, breaks can happen. We'll make repairs for the first year you own a piece. Please retain your sales receipt. Send the item, well-protected and insured, including any beads or gems that may have fallen off. We promise to return your piece, repaired, within 30 days. Sometimes the materials are not available to repair older or discontinued items: so some substitutions may be made.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us at returns@jewelrybydfly.com to arrange for an exchange or refund. We will be happy to accept unworn merchandise for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Our customers will assume mailing costs and responsibility for the package upon return. Shipping is non-refundable, and items that have been worn, damaged, or custom ordered are not eligible for return.
